Currently using D365 Business Central with Check Magic as check function.
Multiple entities. With one entity, the check printing alignment is off and the Routing / Bank Account Number no longer fit on the check. I am new and have not yet learned the code in order to find how to resolve. Any suggestions are much appreciated.
katrina @If "Check Magic" is a specific software or service that has been developed or updated after my last update, I recommend checking the official documentation, user manuals, or support resources provided by the developers for accurate and detailed information on check printing functionality within that particular software.
If it is the layout that is not right then you could look at custom report layouts. Limited coding knowledge needed as word or RDLC can be used to produce a layout. You will need to know the report that prints the check. I’m assuming check magic deploys something around this but I have no knowledge of that solution. When you print the check and a request page pops up with filter criteria get the page inspection to appear: docs.microsoft.com/.../across-inspect-page that will let you know the report ID.
You can then go to the custom report layouts and try to figure out a change from there. Failing this suggestion works I would get in touch with check magic. If it is just one entity that doesn’t fit they might help you out.
