Wondering if anyone can help. Running the voucher transaction report (general ledger - Inquiries and reports - Voucher transactions) from D365 F&O and the report has the journal number and the voucher (which is the journal line number). I need to show who created the journal but the created field populates with the user assigned to the Excel upload not the user who entered the journal. the workflow history gives me the correct user for the created field but contains the journal batch number. I can't seem to add to the workflow history report the journal number or voucher and I can't add the journal batch number to the voucher transaction list report.
Is there a report I can run from D365 that shows the journal batch number and it's corresponding journal number. I could then merge the two reports so that I had the information required.
I've attempted adding columns to both reports but none seem to have the correct information that I need to compare.
Audit trail report doesn't give the correct created user either.
Google hasn't been helpful thus far, hoping someone in this group can help.
