Hi All,

Since the recent update, I am getting this error when trying to import an RDLC report in Business Central, even though everything was working fine before. I have also tried republishing the code, but the issue still persists.

Could you please help?

Hello,

The RDLC you’re importing is corrupted, BC can’t find the <Report> root element.
Just delete/clear the broken custom layout, generate a new RDLC layout, and re-import a valid file.

That fixes the “Root element is missing” upgrade error.
