How to run a Business Process Flow when converting a Lead into an Opportunity

HI,

I have a BPF for lead and a BPF for Opportunity. But when I qualify a lead and convert that lead into an opportunity the BPF doesn't initiate automatically. I have to press Process and pick the BPF.

How can I automatically initiate the BPF when converting the lead into an Opportunity?

Though when I create an Opportunity the BPF is automatically initiated.

    Hello,

    Please, define the both entities (lead and opportunity) in the same BPF (classic). If you create separated BPF (one for each entity), the Opportunity BPF only will be called when you create a Opportunity record directly (not through qualifying process). Sample below:

    I have to separate BPF. One for lead and one for opportunity. Only one entity is defined in each BFD.

    Once I convert a lead to opportunity via qualify the BFD doesn't automatically kicks in with the newly created opportunity.

    Also, make sure that both entities (Lead and Opportunity) was defined into your BPF. Feel free to share details about BPF for better guidance.
