Inventory Return with bin tracked inventory item

Got a client running GP version 110.0.1667 SP1.

Trying to do an inventory return on an inventory transfer that had a lot and bin number assigned to it on the original entry.

When returning that item, I noticed that while it brought back in the lot number, it dropped the bin number.

Is this functioning correctly?

Also - due note, that the inventory transfer and return are both being done within project accounting.

I'm seeing the same issue at a client site and they are running Gp2015R2. However not every transactions has this problem and it appears to happen to items where there is no lot number tracking. We are doing to Project Accounting Inventory transfer (return transaction type) to move an item from a project back to the stockroom and assigning a bin. The Project Accounting tables make reference to the Bin that was selected but the inventory tables do not.
