Field Service Mobile App not syncing with the server

I have signed in the mobile app with a user role assigned as field service agent. Now I have a booking scheduled for me. I try to change the booking status to 'completed'. The expected behavior is that this status will sync with the server and I will be able to see the booking status changed to 'completed' in the web client. But unexpectedly it doesn't updates the status in web client rather I see syncing errors for update(booking) in the mobile app.

Why is it happening, any suggestions would be highly appreciated.
