We have a requirement where we wish to have an email reminder sent 2 weeks before event start date.
In the customer journey I understand if you use the schedular it sets it going forward, so I don’t think using scheduler will work as we wish to set it up going back from the event start date. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to handle this in a customer journey?

Vivek is correct in that we currently don't support this today. However, I have heard a similar scenario from another customer as well. I suggest you visit our Ideas portal and add this feature request. Our PMs regularly review and community votes do impact the roadmap.

This sounds to be interesting scenario. But I really don't think we can schedule emails backward based on the event date. You have to manually set the dates in CJ as per your event dates.
