MS Dynamics NAV, Bullzip & outlook 2019

Set up a Win 10 machine for an existing user

Outlook came pre installed

Installed Microsoft Dynamics Nav 2009

Installed Bullzip Version 11.4.2674

The user is attempting to attach an invoice to an email

When she selects "easy pdf ---> email" in MSDNAV she receives the following error:

 7360.nav-error.png

I have uninstalled then re-installed all three programs, did windows update & she is still unable to perform this function.

It works perfectly fine on her old pc (Win7, MSDNAV 2009, outlook 2007 & bullzip) - I don't see that any settings are different.

I am stumped and need some assistance please - Thank you.

    Hello,

    Does it work with a later release of Dynamics NAV. The first supported release is Dynamics NAV 2016.

    Hi Marco,

    Thanks for following up - She has MSDNAV 2009 installed on her old Windows 7 Machine and the process works with no issues

    Hello,

    The question is if this does work on the same machine with a later release of Dynamics NAV? Dynamics NAV 2009 was never tested with Outlook 2019.

    Hi Marcho,

    It's a completely different Machine.

    It works on her old Win 7 machine w/ outlook 2007 & Nav 2009 - Does not work on her new Win 10 machine w/ outlook 2019 7 Nav 2009 (brand new PC, not Win 10 installed on her old PC)

    Hello,

    Yes, I understand that. We did never test Outlook 2019 in combination with Dynamics NAV 2009. We did however test Outlook 2007 in combination with Dynamics NAV 2009 (where it does work). I do not think Windows 7 or Windows 10 does matter here.

    The question is if a supported release (latest CU) of Dynamics NAV does work well with Bullzip and Outlook 2019 on Windows 10 or Windows 7.  If it does, we would like you to consider performing the required maintenance and upgrade Dynamics NAV 2009 to a supported release of Dynamics NAV. Most likely the scenario will work there.
