Hi,

We need to Upgrade CRM From Dynamics CRM 2013 Service Pack1(SP1) On -Premise to Dynamics CRM 365 On-premise

can any  give the detailed step by step procedure to this Upgrade.

Will mark as Verified for Solution.

    Yon need to upgrade from 2013 SP1 to 2015, then to 2016 then install 2016 December update.

    You have many option you can use for upgrading, refer to Understanding Upgrade Options

     

    Also have a look to Upgrade from Dynamics CRM Server 2013 or Dynamics Server 2011

    For migrating the data you have many options, but for the customization that have done on 2013 you will need to upgrade.
