Hello everyone,
I Have requirement to send Mail form Exchange Mail Provider.
I have completed all the settings related to Exchange in Email Parameter.
Still mail is not sending.
And actually requirement is that I want to send the mail from sender Entity wise instead of global.
and it should be exchange not SMTP.
Can Someone plz help me to solve the issue?
Hi Ganesh,
On the Microsoft 365 admin center, check if the user which is used for authentication has the options "Send as" and "Send on behalf of" enabled. If not, the account is indeed not authorized for sending emails.
