Hi, I have a CRM 2016 OnPremise with SP1 which have a custom entity to register visits to Accounts. The form that is used to collect the visit details have a lookup field pointing to Account with no filters. When I use the form in the web client, and type the account number in the lookup field, I can search for any Account with no problems. However, when I use the form from the mobile app some Accounts are not being found by the lookup field when their account number is used as a search criteria. Some of them can be found if the Account name is used instead of the account number but other simply are not found at all.
I would appreciate any advise on how to troubleshoot this issue. Can this be related to a timeout in the search from the mobile app? Any corruption in the quick find view? Is there any know way to rebuild the quick find view?

Are you sure that you're working online instead of offline in the mobile app?
