Hi Guys,
For example: I have 3 fields. i.e. no,description, quantity.
in my no field ,i have the duplicate values.& also description have same values.
I want ,that 2 same entry ,should i get in one entry.as shown in below image.i.e. result.
And that same entry have quantity also , so i want sum of that quantity as shown below image.
.
Is there is any way to do this.
Hi, Sorry I don't know how your report is designed.
I think the easiest way to deal with it is to use Query.
Here is an example using a group of dates, Sum is even simpler.
