allow duplicate products in subgrid

How do I allow adding a duplicate entry of the product item in a subgrid with the products list as a datasource

    May I inquire as to the use case for this? Why do you want to have duplicate product entries in the product list?

    Hi. Thank you for your reply. Im not actually trying to allow a duplicate product in products list. Its a bit hard to explain here what Im trying to accomplish. Is it possible to set up a teams meeting with you to explain further?

    Let's see if we can answer your question here.  Please do your best to provided complete details of what you're trying to accomplish, steps you are taking, and what is not working.  
    I note you tagged the post with Engagement Insights.  Is that accurate?  We have retired that product.

    I'm Fairly new to CRM Dynamics 365. I'll try my best to explain it here. But here's what I'm trying to do, We already added item to products (field service). Then I created a custom tab where I then created a sub grid with the products entity as my data source for lookup. My problem is this, the subgrid will not allow me to add a multiple product of the same item. see image below

    If I want to add another product name "Premium Support Service" this subgrid will now allow it.

    Thanks for the detail.  This forum is for the Dynamics Customer Insights product which is different than the Dynamics CRM that you're working on.
