Error on Maximum job lead time

HI

i know this has been commented over here already  - but...

after changing the "maximum job lead time" to 120 (instead of previous default set 100) in Default Parameters,

on certain job i am stil receiving the error log (after static nrq of a BOM) caliming the job exceeds maximum job LT of 100 days.

Worth noticing is the fact this happens to only one of our products, the reast of production runs smooth.

The error is not present when product forecast has been deleted. Dynamic nrq runs without any problems.

We have checked the Route & could not find any process running over 100 days, especially in Oper. no. 10. 

Is there any other option or we need to look further into the BOM & locate the data causing some orocess to run over 100 days ?

    Hi Dolores,

    The Quantity produced is 1 pc.

    The Manufacturing order with 304 hrs on Oper.10 has start to end time of 47 WD. It seems to be correct as whole unit has total Route of 370 hrs divided to Oper. 10, 20 & 30 by 304, 50 & 16. With 8hrs WD that makes rounded 47 days.

    I have not released any MO with 180 hrs on Oper. 10 though. All our MO's always wrere and are with Route 304 hrs on Oper. 10.

    However, altough recently the hrs on Oper. 10 were returned to 304, the error in calculation does not appear again. I guess it's because we have moved in Calendar by almost a month since then.

    What quantity is produced in 304 hours?  when is the order scheduled to start and end when the hours is 180?

    Hi, not that, but lowering the Oper.10 hours from 304 to 180 removed the error. Nontheless it does not solve the core of the problem but at least we got the proposals running...

    all our calendars are open until December 2021 (including).
