surfacing the start & end dates for the parent event in a recurring event series

I run between 20-40 recurring events every quarter that have usually run between 3-10 weeks each.  In the main event view, is it possible to have the first data in the series populate the event start date and the last date in the series populate the end date when you're filter the data(using base recurrent event id does not contain data). 

or would this need to be done with some kind of flow using the recurrence pattern and recurrent event status.

    Hi Jake_Loeb,

    When you create recurrent event, the start date and end date would auto generate. This is why you wouldn't find Event Start Date and End Date on the form when you create a recurrent event.

    After you created, please check this on your Activate event view:
