i have a new confirmed PO i can't find it in the arrival message , what is the expected reasons ?

    Can you see other POs?

    Have you cleared all filters? Specify POs, Vendor, and a reasonable date range and Update the grid.

    Is the order either a return order or direct delivery?

    If another user logs in, then  do they see the order? (in which case clear your user data)
