How to Generate Documents in D365 CE Module

I have a requirement to auto--generate documents in the D365 CE Module.

Specifically, using the screen shot below;

1. I want to create a data field called finalize document, which will be used to generate a word document using a template

2. The generated word template will be displayed in the same field called finalize document

Please how can I achieve this without using Power Automate?

Also I am aware that via the setting>Template>Word Templates, that one can use the OOB functionality to create a template.

My question is: How can I locate the created template in the dataverse?

E.g. where can I locate the OOB system templates (shown in the screen shot below) in the dataverse?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi Brendaama,

    Yo are unlikely to need a field when generating your word document, but you could create a URL field called finalize document that links to your Word Document.

    The DocumentTemplate entity stores Document Templates in database in binary format; You can locate your created template in this entity.

    Thank you for your response but:

    1. If I have to create a URL field, this means that the document path will be displayed here after the user has manually used the word Template to generate the document, saves it to their computer and manually uploads the document using the Finalized document field whose data type = URL? I can actually achieve this by making the Finalized Document field type = file and the system displays the document as a URL but I can't seem to decipher where the document is saved in the dataverse, after the upload.
    a. I would rather automate these steps which is why I asked for an automated way to generate document either via an Add-on or any other method which does not involve power automate.

    2. With regards to the DocumentTemplate entity, I can't seem to find this amongst the list of entities in my dataverse. any reason why?, see below on the list of entities which start with 'Do'. Please what exactly am i missing here?
