Hello,

I have set up an event with all the relevant information, I have set the Publish Status of the event, sessions and track to 'Live' (although in the user guides it states set it to 'Publish' but I don't see the publish option so I have set it to live assuming that this is like for like?

I'd like to see what the portal view looks like from the attendee view point i.e. what the people being invited to the event will see from their end and where they can sign up for the event or decline the event. Is this possible and if so what are the steps to view this?

Thanks

Spaz

    Hi Spaz,

If you setup the event properly, including the sessions, the passes, the tracks and speakers, if you access the Event URL from the Event itself -> General tab -> Event URL, you will see that it has the Register button which will allow the potential contacts to register.

See below an example from my Event Portal

The contacts will need to register, select the pass type, add attendees and then check out.

    regards
