How to Create plugin any out of the box ‘Account’ entity?

Hi all, I am newbee in CRM. Please assist me on this.

1. I want to add a new Field “Account ID” and add it to Account Form.

2. After that, I want to create "AutoNumber" plugin on Creation of Account to set value for the “Account ID” field. The format for “Account ID” should be ‘ACC00001’, ‘ACC00002’, ‘ACC00003’, etc. This value should be unique to an Account.
