Hi guys,
I am facing a porblem about Portal Search functionalit.
Question:
We can see in the left list of Record Type, there is one Knowledge Article record could be searched.
However, in the main Result list , only show the message 'No results were found for this query'.
What i had done:
1. Edit Site Setting->search/query-> Add Knowledge Article entity.
2. Create Portal Search view for Knowledge Article entity. (filter : Status equal Published and Internal equal false).
3. Create Knowledge Article records which match above filter.
Did i missed somethings ?
