OOTB Contact and Case Main Form

Is there a quick way, without me having to spin up a trial instance, to get back the OOTB version of the Contact and Case Main forms?

    When you create a new form, copy it from the previous version.

    Now you would need a trial instance, just take the forms in components and import it

    Dynamics 365.  I have modified the OOTB version.  I want to have that version available for future reference.

    Which version are you using?

    If you set the order of the form, it should work

    Go to settings>>customization>.customize the system>>contacts>>forms>>Form order
