Hi Experts,

I had setup an item for sales UOM as Pallets and inventory UOM as each.

The UOM conversion is 1 Pallets = 10 each and the rounding is down(not nearby).

Lets say i have inventory of 34 each, when the order is released i see the work being created for 34 each and the shipment is 3.4 pallets.

How is it possible pallet shown in decimal? I remember other project with similar setup i was able to release 30 each as the UOM conversion is rounded down?

3.4 Pallets sent to the customer but the delivered qty is updated as 3 and the invoice is also done for 3 pallets.

Can someone please explain this behavior please? Thanks

I have the same question (0)

    Hi Allan,

I tried in 10.0.16 and 10.0.17, same issue in both env. Is there any bugs reported? Thanks

    Hi Experts,

Can someone over here confirm if this is expected behavior? Even when the decimal precision is set to "0" the load line quantity is updated in decimal.

Which means i have picked and delivered 34 each but I'm going to invoice for only 3 pallets(30 each). Invoice qty and packing slip quantity are in pallets 3 but the actual picked qty is 34.

Strange. Any setups to control this?

Hi, I have reached out to the engineering team and waiting for a response while they investigate.
