E-Commerce shipping integration

We are interested to see if there are any existing shipper integration solutions for the Dynamics e-commerce platform with Canadian shippers.

We are currently only aware of the use of auto-charges and small parcel shipping though neither seem to completely match our needs. Auto-charges are limited to order value and cannot be configured to communicate with an external shipping carrier. Small parcel shipping does allow for integration with external shipping carriers but does not seem to communicate the shipping estimates to the e-commerce platform.

Ideally we're looking for a solution that would allow us to provide shipping costs directly to the customer, from our partnered shipping carriers, during the checkout process on our e-commerce sites.

If you've heard about an existing solution like what we've described, please let us know.

    The general consensus seems to be that what we are looking for will require development, so we will work towards developing a solution on our end.

    Hello,

    Same requirements here as e-Commerce B2B, you should do it by DEV indeed. In our case, we managed to achieve that by calling the DHL WebServices based on the Shipping Address to have the right price displayed during the checkout.

    Like you said otherwise, auto-charges and multiple mode of delivery (run the Process Delivery Mode Job for Retail) could also be done as a first step, but could be limited based on your requirements.
