Generate multiple reports in PDF and email

We are using CE version 9.1 online.
I have a two part question

1. I created several reports that run on salesorder entity. Depending on the type of order I need to run one or two reports in pdf format end email them.

Is there a way to do it through api or js or else?

2. I can create external web api and call it from D365 online. In my external api I want to call reports that are hosted in D365, download them in pdf and email.

I cant seem to find a way to connect to report server ( for d365 online) to call my reports.

Is it even possible to achive?

    This can be easily achieved using Zap Report Scheduler App!

    The above blog talks about using workflow to generate PDF from reports...and send in email to customer... (the same can also be achieved using power flows too in latest version)

    I guess you can achieve this using the Power Automate.

    First Run the Report for the Record and get the PDF file.

    Then attach this PDF file to the email and send.

    You can refer below articles which will help you to connect the dots.

    Zap Objects I've looked over documentation and interested in this option "Using Power Automate OR Workflow to generate Report (Multiple Reports in single email)", but its password protected. Is there a way to view it?
