Dynamics GP 2016 - Power BI - Couldn't find the page

I'm having issues with my BI reports not showing up on the home page. These are the steps I've completed:

  1. Create report in Power BI (very simple bar graph report)
  2. Published it to my Dashboard
  3. Entered the BI Admin setup information
  4. Go into GP >> Home Page >> Customize this Page
  5. Select Power BI
  6. Select Show All
  7. I see my Dashboard reports
  8. I insert them into the Selected Reports pane, click OK
  9. The tile reports are there, but what I see is this Owl with a magnifying glass that states "Oops, we couldn't find the page you were looking for"

I've open GP as Administrator.

I can see the Business Analyzer reports and KPIs

FYI (the filters don't have GP 2016 on the list, but this is for GP 2016)

Any ideas?

Thanks

    Hello Mark,

We are also deploying Power BI in our testing environment, but we have not been able to download the Power BI App for Dynamics GP. It just spins and spins. Not even our IT Admin guy can download app. He is using his Office 365 account, his admin AD account but nothing happens, it spins and spins, does not give any type of error message other than the fact that that it just spins. Did you download service app for Dynamics GP?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Regards,

    Dinora

    Hi Joe

We think it was an AD issue with my 365 account and the testing environment I was using. The administrator of the testing server logged in. Then with that session open, I logged into GP and BI; I was able to see the reports. We never did figure out why it was happening. Even though I had full admin rights as well.
