We have an error where the changes on case quick create from dev not beeing shown in test. It has only taken part of the customizations. We use managed solution with overwrite customizations. Does anyone know how we can fix this? Thanks

Hi,

This means that you have some unmanaged customisations made to your form that have been applied directly in Test. Consequently, the managed update is being applied below these and so not being applied. This is one of the pitfalls of using managed solutions.

If you can import the form from DEV in an unmanaged solution then you should see the form correctly.
