Cannot select "Web Visit" in Real-Time Marketing Lead Scoring (D365 Journeys)

Hi all,

 

I'm currently setting up a lead scoring model in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys (Real-Time Marketing).

However, when I try to add a condition based on Web Visit (website interactions), the "Web Visit" event is not available in the list of selectable behaviors.

 

Question:

Is there a setting or prerequisite required for "Web Visit" to appear as a selectable behavior in lead scoring conditions? Or is this feature not yet supported in RTM lead scoring?

 

Any guidance or documentation link would be appreciated.

    A good question!
     
    Upon checking and consulting with MSFT Learn meterials, I don't think the feature is available for Lead Scoring Model yet. It's only available for journey orchastration.

    In RTM scoring models, the “Website Visit” trigger only supports visits to pages hosted and tracked via Marketing Pages or Redirect URLs—not arbitrary external URLs on your website 
    This means:
    Visits to standard webpages (e.g. your domain without the tracking script) won’t trigger scoring.
    Only visits to pages defined under the selected Marketing Website, or to tracked redirect links, can be used in models. External URLs without tracking configured aren’t counted
