Problem with pending invoice

Dear All,


I have the following problem:


When I create pending invoice in purchase order, wrong record is shown on the „Invoice history and matching details” (VendInvoiceInfoTable). Invoices are related to purchase orders,  but missing data in the header and rows.

Why a record is created in the VendInvoiceInfoTable?
Any suggestions please ?

    Hi Lukasz Gontarczyk,

    It is difficult to say what exactly is wrong.

    Can this be an update problem of the forms?

    Can you replicate the issue for other invoices; that is, can you see this issue for each and every invoice?

    Have you already searched on LCS for an available hotfix for your system Environment?

    In addition, why do you need the invoice history information before the invoice is posted?

    Hi Ludwig,

    The problem does not apply to all invoices.

    Incorrect data is created from time to time.

    Once, 500 rows of wrong data were created in VendInvoiceInfoTable.

    This was when the computer froze.

    The invoice handling procedure looks like this:

    Purchase invoice comes to the company,

    A pending invoice is created,

    Another person connects the invoice pending with the purchase order.

    Hello Lukasz,

    Have you checked LCS for an available hotfix?

    I searched for VendInvoiceInfoTable and found a couple of hotfixes that might overcome your issue.

    Please have a look at the following link and the hotfixes listed (requires login to LCS)

    fix.lcs.dynamics.com/.../Results;v=7_5&i=2_1_3_4&ct=1_3_5_4_2_6&ft=1_2_3&cu=&pi=&pm=&pc=&rd=&d=&envId=&permission=&x=30&y=18
