I'm starting to use Business Central from the Outlook add-in, I'm working with two companies deployed in different regions and environments, one in USA and the other in Spain.
I start using the Outlook add-in in the sandbox and I have some issues, maybe because I am a newbie using this Outlook add-in, or I have to coordinate my settings with my Business Central administrators.
First thing, my first Business Central - Outlook connection was using the USA sandbox environment where we have two companies, I can access these two companies, but I have tried to change to USA production environment, and also to the sandbox and production environment in Spain; finally, I cannot reach these companies, I don't know how to switch companies from one environment to another in the Outlook add-in.
Second, when I try to create an interaction from a contact in the Outlook add-in, I received this error message /This task is not possible inside the add-in. Instead, use a desktop Web client to complete this task. (ID: 5077)/
Third, I did not see the refresh button is working.
Do you have any advice for me about the use of Business Central Outlook add-in? I would like to take the advantages of this add-in.
