Can't set up Teams channel in Dynamic 365

Hello, I am having an issue setting up a Teams channel in Dynamic 365 Omnichannel. I have a copilot studios chatbot that I integrated with dynamic 365 but I am unable to configure the teams as a channel for communication between agent and users. I am currently on Dynamic 365 customer service enterprise trial license and have installed all the extensions and add ons but when I click on manage Omnichannel customer service I am redirected to this page where I don't have permissions to edit the environment, although I am global admin:
 
I also changed the name of the environment and the one shown above is old version and it seems like it is not updated. Inside the power platform center and in selected environment it shows that Omnichannel has been installed:
 
 
But when I am inside dynamic 365 channels page I see this message:

I don't know if I set it up correctly, does anyone know the solution?

    Hi Muhammad.Affan. I met all the prerequisites I have the trial license for all the necessary add ons: 
     
     
    I am still unable to edit channel tab or provision a channel.
