404 error web page cannot found on enterprise portal

Hi Experts,

Version - AX 2012 R3, Enterprise portal

Frequently we started receiving couple of purchase requisition related forms were ending up with 'Web page not found 404 error', previously we were redeploying the respective page definition to fix this. From recent fast even though we deploy page definition, web controls error is not resolving. And even we checked from the recycle bin of the site actions there is not deleted page. Can any one share your experience how to overcome these kind of issues and trouble shooting steps ?
