Posted this the other day, and it was resolved overnight, but today it is broken again (and verified as broken in multiple browsers).

Existing Markting form that is Live, is not displaying in the Form Designer, and when i view the HTML I can also see changes that we have not added including " " added in the middle of inline Styles.
Magically fixed again - the " " that had been inserted disappeared and then a hard clear of the browser cache got the form back visible in the Designer. No idea what is going on without us knowing about it.

There were some recent changes and the issues have been fixed on October 5th, and therefore hopefully not persisting.
