Mass Importing non-fixed assets

I'm using Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.

I'm trying to import non-fixed assets (the ones listed in Asset Management module > Assets > All assets, the page has EntAssetObjectTableAll)

I used the Data Management workspace to import, but I keep getting the error: insert not allowed for field 'EntAssetObjectTable.FunctionalLocation'

I checked the mapping and the staging/target mapping too. I also unchecked the "call validate field method" box in there too.

I have over 4000 rows of assets and it would take a very long time to manually create new assets one by one.

Hi Raghad,

Can you tell which exact entity you used for importing the assets? What fields are used in the source file?
