Sell/Credit Note Feature all of a sudden "greyed Out"

Some of the credit notes are grey out . I have listed an example of the GREYED OUT. It seems to be hit or miss as some allow me to issue credits and others like these do not and I see no Hold on accounts. Any help that you can give me would be greatly appreciated . Thank you

Ludwig, No, credit note is not an intercompany orders and the customer is not on hold

Hi,

Do you see differences in the credit notes that can have a credit note created and those that cannot?

E.g. are these intercompany orders, orders that have a specific status, etc?
