Hi All,
I'm trying to upgrade my CRM 2011 to CRM 2013, and during the organization import on the crm 2013, a system administrator user that i named "integration user" from the crm 2011 is not listed under the user mapping, when i try to manually map the user. All other users are listed even the 'SYSTEM' and 'INTEGRATION'. is there a reason why the user is not listed? I checked the systemuserbase table and the 'integration user' is there. anyone encounter this issue before?
