BANK MANAGEMENT NOT THERE IN ONE CHEQUEBOOK

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

I have a chequebook which does not show bank management when I open it from the chequebook maintenance screen (cards-financial-chequebook) all other chequebooks are ok except this one!

The chequebook had previously been setup for Bank management but somehow the option is no longer there! there hasn't been any changes on the setup.

Once you set a checkbook cards>>financial>>chequebook and save all the details, the next time you navigate cards>>financial>>chequebook, you should see bank management button below. If you can see the bank management buttons on the others that means that you have registered the module.

For whatever reason, I cannot see your screenshot.  We use Bank Management in just one out of our 40 (or so) countries - and even then only for statutory compliance reasons. With Bank Management I believe (?) that you need to set up each bank account individually and the setup screen is tucked away in a non-obvious location. That's the reason I was asking whether you had checked the setup screen Cards>>Financial>>Bank Management>>Setup>>Cheque Setup. Hope that helps.

I have just edited my previous post to include a screen shot. in short, when I open cards-financial-chequebook then select the chequebook id im talking about it doesn't have bank management at the bottom of the chequebook maintenance screen.
