Hi All,
I could find MS provide list of subnet and each subnet contains lot of IP address ranges.
It's becoming difficult to my network and security team as i need to integrate Dynamics 365 sales application with one of the Microsoft on premise application.
Since I am using Dynamics 365 online version so i don't have any accessibility to backend servers.
If it would have been the Dynamics 365 on premise application then we could have done IFD and could have been able to use a static IP, but not for above case.
Does Microsoft do the static IP host entries for Dynamics 365 application if possible.
Hey.
Unfortunately, no static IPs are provided on Dynamics 365 CRM online. As you've stated, service is provided within a region and each region contains a set of IP Ranges. As a matter of a fact, when adding IP Ranges you should add the ranges for both dataceners in the region (UK South and UK Central for example, if your environments are CRM11.Dynamics.com or NorthEurope and WestEurope if your environments are CRM4.Dynamics.com)
Regards
