Sales Tax on Order Entry

Hi. Has anyone seen where sales tax is not calculating for some customers on the order entry screen? The sales tax default does pull up through Accounts Receivable invoice for this customer but will not pull up in the sales order. I did confirm that the items are taxable. These same inventory items come up with tax for other customers with the same tax setup. Does anyone have any other ideas? Thanks! Serena

Customer. I found the answer. If there is a tax id in there, it won't calculate taxes. Thanks!

In Customer Maintenance, is the Tax Default set to Address or Customer?
