Hi there,

Is it possible to lock fields on a subscription form?

When we send an email and contact clicks the Unsubscribe button,  on the page - First name, Last name and email are editable.

This leads to data issues after because some contact can update their email or fully change the contact info of another contact.

    Hi mvlts,

There is no OOB way to lock field. You can switch to HTML page and add attribute readonly="readonly" or disabled="disabled" to lock email field.

Please navigate to the Subscription Form and find the email input, then add the attribute and save is ok.
