Microsoft CRM 2011 On-Premise was deployed in my organization, and it is intermittently throwing a 'Mscrm' is undefined error when navigating within the site itself. The URL which is throwing the error is pointing at "_common/error/dlg_scriptError.aspx".

Thanks for your reply. Below are some additional information which i do hope is of some help. :)
We are updated toll rollup 10, and users are using IE 7.
Not sure what are the unsupported customizations that you are referring to, but we do have some javascripts coded inside the form mainly to maximize the record form window and to do some information retrieval using fetchXML.
This is happening everywhere randomly to any user and not only in a particular entity.

Can you try accessing CRM on IE 8 or higher version so that we can narrow down it that its not related to browser settings ?

Hi Michelle,
IE 7 is not supported after Update Rollup 12 however I would suggest you to get upgraded to IE 8 as you would get a much smoother experience since the JavaScript engine in IE has improved over the last few versions. If you don't want to upgrade IE 7 then you can capture server traces for the issue and search for the error/exception stack and post here for review.
