How to reflect the exact quantity in Purchase Order (PO) printout?

Hello Experts,

I need the printout of my PO to have reflected the exact PO quantity from the PO lines?

Example, in the PO line the exact quantity is 20,649.07 kilos. But if you print the PO, the output is only 20,649 without the decimal.

How to reflect the exact quantity of PO line to be exactly the same with the print out? I need the printout to be 20,649.07.

Hi Renato,

Make sure the PO printout quantity field datatype Real or integer,

if datatype integer means change the datatype to real datatype.

If the quantity appears correctly on the PO line but not on your report then you need to review the field properties on the report in your report design (Visual Studio assuming this is AX 2012 or D365) and see what the number format is set to. Also, as previously stated, look at the field in the datasource on the report and see what the datatype is there.
