Unable to edit draft workflows despite being system admin

Hi Team,

After applying the latest update, I keep getting this error

I have full System Admin security rights. Other information, the workflows can be deactivated/activated in list view, and if a workflow is active, this error does not appear. 

Anyone seen this issue before?

    Try uninstall the update and then check.
