D365 When adjusting column width at the header body aren't moved accordingly

We found that when adjusting grid column width on d365, body isn't moved according to the header in which some screens cause problem to user to operate.

Example of screens that we have found this problem;

Invoice journal

Sales order

Purchase order

I wonder if it's constraint of web base application? but if so is there anyway to solve it?

You can't do anything about it. You can try to update to latest MS update and see if it's already fixed. If it's not, you can create a support request for Microsoft.

I've already update latest (PU31) but it's cannot fixed.

There are various fixes related to grid alignment available from PU31 on up. Please check on LCS if you are still experiencing this issue.
