Empty Purchase Order Preview form

Hi,

I've a approved Purchase Requisition, when i try to convert into a Purchase Order using PR -> Actions -> Purchase, it doesn't show any values from the requisition in the Purchase Order Preview form where i can review and convert into PO. Please suggest some ideas

Hi,

Run the below select query,

select * from SOP60100 a join POP10200 b on a.SOPNUMBE = b.POPRequisitionNumber

If you find the Requisition in the result that you are transferring, try deleting it using below query (Replace Req No with actual requisition number in the query)

delete from SOP60100 where SOPNUMBE='Req No'

Then try converting PR into PO

I know this thread is a bit old but we came across this issue as well recently. Turns out the issue for us was on the Item Engineering Data window for the item in question if you are using the Manufacturing module in your company like we do. The 'BOM should treat as' field was set to 'MAKE' instead of either 'BUY' or 'MAKE or BUY'. Once we switched it, our purchasing department was able to generate the PO.
