There are some 3rd party also that may handle this. The 3 modules would do what you ask although it may be manual to see the machines scheduled. I would check with your partner and you can arrange for a demo of the field service modules to see what they can do prior to a purchase.

We do not have any Field Service Modules at present but do not want to go to the expense of obtaining any should they not be able to deliver the results that we require.
We ideally require a Planned Maintenance module which will alert maintenance department of servicing and Major component change outs based on the hourly usage. All servicing being done on site

Sounds like Field Service should be the answer. THe Service calls module could keep track of the parts and hours used, the Equipment manager could keep track of the equipment and location, and PM could control and schedule the maintenance to be done. Field service does not have any budgeting tools, but this could be done at the GL level and the Service call types can drive the GL flow so it can be measured at the GL level. I would check with your partner to see if you own the any of the Microsoft Field Service modules.
