Any body have idea how long Microsoft may support 2013 version,
or is it mandatory to move to latest versions, even if its not affordable for few companies implemented 2013?

NAV 2013 & NAV 2013 R2 > end of mainstream support on January 9, 2018.
Microsoft has general practice to support two previous generations and the newest one. NAV 2013 is kind of exception, which anyway soon will be over with support.
There is no direct requirement for customers, having 2013 version, to move to newer versions obligatory. Today there are plenty of examples of customers, successfully working with older NAV versions, e.g. 4.0.
However my general recommendation is to move to the newest version available - this will ensure security of investments in this software and allow to have access to the newest features.
