I am trying to configure Similar Record Suggestion on Case Entity in D365 Trail instance. But unfortunately while configuring Text Analytics Mapping, I am unable to Save record itself.

Hi Partner,

This seems to be known issue in the current version of CRM, the MS Team has worked upon it and this will be fixed soon.

In order to get the current status on the fix for this issue please raise a MS Support request or if its not critical you can wait for a while till fix is deployed in CRM Online.
