Hi,
I've created a simple customer voice survey and embed it using in-line embed distribution functionality in a dynamics 365 CE HTML web-resource.
The survey form has successfully being open using a Ribbon button available at Person form in dynamics 365 CE App,
but on response submission 'From' and 'Regarding' fields remains empty. Actually I need to associate specific contact (for that survey has submitted) with survey's response.
Please suggest how it can be achieved?
