We configured the output file for SafePay as a CSV file. All of the other fields are showing data correctly, however check amount field does not show anything. Has anyone seen this before?

is by chance the check amount the last field in the row being exported? What happens if you change the column order so the check amount prints first (just for testing). How many fields did you tell the system you are exporting?
