Question for the group:
Is it possible to sync BC CRM tasks to outlook? I see where we can sync Contacts and that works great but what about tasks? I seem to recall early versions of the Outlook add-in sync'ing tasks but that could be dated information.

Hello Mark - Currently we do not have this feature. I did look at our Ideas site and see that someone had posted this. I would recommend voting this feature up, so it is visible to our product team.

As the idea being part of the product could take some time here is a possible alternative to consider.
Create a CDS entity and use logic apps or power automate to pass the data to outlook. You might not even need the CDS entity as publishing s web service for the current tasks page might be enough already. Use the HTTP trigger to pull data from the web service.
